The project proposes the renovation of a small apartment in the historic center of Trento. The main task concerns the transformation of the two windows in two doors, giving access to a new balcony, built on the south facade of the building, in order to ensure more light to interior spaces. The works set some changes to the internal layout, the overall energy upgrading and replacement of finishing inside materials to ensure a higher quality of living; to optimize space, specific furniture has been designed.
