The project for the new Prada residential development located in Vigalzano foresees tree patio houses facing south and benefitting of the view over the valley. The use of the existing topography of the plot permits to define clearly the pedestrian access on the upper level from the vehicle accesses on the lower level direct from the road. The houses are organized into two levels, an underground level with parking and service spaces and the upper level with the living area with direct relation to the private garden and views to the valley.
