The project involves the renovation of two buildings in the immediate border of the historical town center of Castelnuovo. The main building was characterized by the vaulted spaces on the ground floor and by the living spaces and barns on the upper levels. A smaller deposit building defines a small piazza to the south. The project foresees the transformation of the complex with commercial units on the ground floor and residential flats on the upper levels served by a new gallery to the Piazza connected by a new staircase and elevator shaft.
