The project involves the renovation of the former dairy of Caldonazzo placed near the town center along the Station Avenue. The building object of intervention was built at the beginning of the last century and has undergone over the years various changes and additions; among them, we highlight, the construction on the south side of a volume neighboring the original one called "dairy". The dairy has a tripartite typological system with a very clear raised rule; on the back of the building there is a small garden enclosed by walls. Recently, the Town Council has scheduled the requalification of the building and the transformation of this house in the Social Center of the community of Caldonazzo. This project’s aim is to adapt the former cheese factory to the new function preserving its original character. The finishing materials provided follow the logic of respect for the overall building, revealing, where possible, the contemporaneousness of the solutions adopted.
