The project foresees the recovery of an existing agricultural building in Assizzi locality, for the construction of a new single-family house. The project strategy provides the transformation of the old barn into an attic in which places the new area of the house, featured with a single large space, defined by the wood frame structure that supports the roof. This space has a magnificent view to the west toward the Brenta Dolomites and in the east, through a double height space, has a direct contact with the lawn surrounding the house. On the ground floor, where originally focused the entire house, it is accommodated the bedrooms with some service areas; in the basement, the vaulted cellars will be restored into technical spaces and storage of agricultural tools, used in the surrounding lots.
