The existing farm dates back to the 18th century and was inhabited by families of farmers who cultivated the plots surrounding until 1950. The imposing stone structure of the farm is the outcome of the addition of several volumes over the years. Currently only a portion of the attic is inhabited during the summer months. The project includes a gradual intervention of restoration of the complex that will be used as a permanent residence of the owner family. In the first phase interventions will regard the restoration of the roof with the recovery of the wooden structure and a new distribution of the main apartment in the attic; this will be composed of two large rooms destined to the living room and the dining-kitchen. In a second stage some rooms on the first floor will be renovated and will then be used as rooms for guests. The work will focus on the consolidation of the structures and on the construction of new plants, which can ensure the comfort throughout the year
